Sweet & Sour Sauce
  • 2½ Cups Pineapple Juice
  • 1½ Cups Pineapple Tidbits
  • 1½ Tbsp Oil
  • 1½ Green Pepper; large chunks
  • ⅓ Cup Sugar
  • ⅓ Cup Corn Starch
  • ¼ Cup Vinegar
  • ½ Cup Water
  • 1½ Tbsp Soy Sauce

Heat juice and oil. Add sugar, etc. Cook until thick stirring constantly. Add pineapple, green pepper, and Meatballs. Heat until green pepper is tender/crisp (4-5 minutes).

Cook Time: 1 Hr
