Mix Vanilla Wafers and melted butter in a large bowl. Line 8" pan with crushed wafers saving some for the topping.
Cream 1 cube butter and powdered sugar. Add eggs, lemon juice & most of nuts. Save some nuts for topping if desired. Spread over crushed wafers.
Fold drained pineapple into whipped cream. spread over egg mixture.
Sprinkle remaining crumbs and nuts over top.
Refrigerate overnight.
