Meatballs with Tomato Gravy
  • 1½ # Hamburger, Crumbs, egg, etc.
  • 1/3 Cup Onion, chopped
  • 1/3 Cup Celery, chopped
  • 1 Can Tomato Soup
  • ½ Can Water
  • 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Vinegar
  • ¼ tsp Dry Mustard
  • Salt & Pepper

Form hamburger into 15 meatballs and brown in frying pan.

Place meatballs and all ingredients in basket inside pressure cooker. Cook for 12-15 minutes; let stem come down.

Option: Substitute some green pepper for onion/celery.
