Hot Fudge Pudding Cake
  • ½ Cup Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Melted Crisco
  •    Shortening
  • ½ tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¾ Cup Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Cocoa
  • Topping Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ Cup Cocoa

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix milk, shortening and vanilla in a seperate bowl and set aside. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, sugar and cocoa in a large bowl.

Add milk mixture to dry ingredients. Mix and pour into an ungreased 9"9" or 7"x12" glass dish.

Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over top. Then pour 1¾ cup of HOT water over that.

Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
