Ham & Potato Casserole
  • 6 Medium Potatoes
  • ¼ Cup Butter or Margarine
  • ¼-½ Cup Onions, Chopped
  • ½ tsp Salt or 1 tsp Garlic
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • ¼ Cup Flour
  • 1¾-2 Cups Milk
  • 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, Grated
  • 1 Cup Velveta Cheese, Sliced
  • 1½ Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2-3 Cups Ham, Cubed

Microwave the potatoes for 12 minutes on high. Let cool and cut into cubes.

Heat butter, onions and seasoning until onions are tender. Continue to cook over low heat adding flour while stirring constantly.

Remove from heat to add milk. Return to stove and cook until boiling, stirring constantly. Stir in cheeses and worcestershire sauce.

Continue to cook until the cheese is fully melted. Add potatoes and ham. Pour into greased round casserole dish.

Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour. OR, you can cover with foil and freeze for later!
