Easy Green Chili
  • 1.5 lb Diced Pork
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Onion, Diced
  • ½ Cup Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Can Fire Roasted Tomatos, Drained
  • 1 Can Diced Green Chilies
  • OR
  • Fresh Chilies
  • 1 Jar Herdez Tomatillo Cooking Sauce
  • OR
  • 1 Jar Chili Verde (Hot)
  • 1 Can Chicken Broth (or beer)
  • Cumin, Salt & Pepper

Dust the pork with flour and brown. Brown onions and garlic.

Place pork, onions and garlic in crock pot. Add tomatos, chilis, salsa and broth. Season with cumin, salt and pepper.

Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours. Remove lid and reduce heat to allow chili to thicken if desired.

Cook Time: 4 Hrs
