Preheat oven to 350°. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a seperate bowl and set aside. Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, vanilla, oil and water and beat for 8 minutes.
Grease bundt pan well. Sprinkle cinnamon mix on bottom. Pour in 1/3 of the cake batter. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of cinnamon mix. Repeat 2 more times. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. If top begins to brown too much place foil on top until center of cake is done.
Let sit in pan for 8 minutes after baking. Then turn over onto plate.
